Refund Policy

For online orders, we are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order, so long as the item is unused and unopened. If you wish to return your I-DEW products, please send an email to info@i-dew.co.uk and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.  

For all returns, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please package your returns securely to prevent damage in transit, and include your name, address, order number and a reason for your return. Returns should be sent to:

We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving the items. If you are returning faulty items or items that have been incorrectly supplied, I-DEW will refund your postage and packaging costs. Please send us a copy of your receipt at info@i-dew.co.uk along with your order number. 

Refunds will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it can take 5 – 10 working days for the funds to show in your account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.  

If you have purchased your I-DEW items via one of our stockists, you will need to return them directly.
